  Log In to setup or make a payment
If you have already registered, enter your Account Number (appears on your ELV Invoice), e-mail address and password, then click the Login button to continue.  If you have not Registered click here or click the New User Registration tab.

If you are already registered but have forgotten your password, provide your Invoice Account No. and your e-mail address so that your password can be mailed to you.


Provider Payment Registration
  Registration for provider payments requires just a few pieces of information
  • Provider Name - Ideally this will align with the name on the ELV Invoice, your child care provider name for an individual child care center or home, or your group name if you are invoiced for a group of providers.
  • Invoice Account No. - This 6 digit number will appear on the Invoice from ELV.
  • E-Mail Address - The e-mail address entered here should belong to the owner of the credit card or bank account that will be used to make payment.
  • Telephone - Enter the phone number associated with the credit card or bank account that will be used to make payment.
  • Last/First Name - Name associated with the credit card or bank account that will be used to make payment.
  • Password - A unique alpha-numeric value that only you know.
  • Confirm Password - Enter your Password a second time so that the system can ensure that it was typed in correctly.


  Remember this password for future access.
